Claria Corporation's PersonalWeb software and Internet service enables users to link to and access a variety of content created and provided by third parties (people other than you or Claria Corporation). For example, currently, video content is provided by Metacafe and YouTube.com. Claria Corporation has no responsibility for content on other Web sites that you may find or access through PersonalWeb. Claria is a service provider within the meaning of to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. Section 512 ("DMCA"). Pursuant to the DMCA, Claria has designated an agent to receive notifications of alleged copyright infringement. If you are the copyright owner or person authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf, then you may send Claria Corporation a notice to:

- A statement by you, signed under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you have the authority to enforce the copyrights that are claimed to be infringed
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf

It is against Claria Corporation's policy to post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to others without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner. Claria Corporation maintains a strict policy of prohibiting users from violating intellectual property rights. Claria Corporation also has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, access to our services to individuals who are repeat copyright infringers.
Claria Corporation reserves the right, but does not undertake the obligation, to restrict access to or remove material that in its sole discretion it believes to be infringing or otherwise illegal, abstain, rude, lascivious, filthy, excessively violent, harassing or otherwise objectionable.
